hey good lookin' whatcha got cookin'?

be "da bomb" this summer with the BEST smoothie recipe EVER... cross my heart and hope to die. BTW it's diet friendly and loaded with all those antioxidant thingys.  Let me know what you think :-)

1 container Yoplait Light vanilla yogurt (trust me)
1-2 teaspoons Honey
1 cup of your choice of frozen fruit (I'm into mixing bing cherries, blueberries, and pineapples)
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ice 
1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Blend until smooth add additional ice if needed for consistency desired.
Makes 2 servings
